Center for Financial Reporting and Auditing
The Center for Financial Reporting and Auditing (CFRA) provides an effective contribution to scientific research and practice-oriented transfer of knowledge on financial reporting and auditing. We serve as a platform for evidence-based exchange between science, practice, and politics in light of enhanced regulatory and political scrutiny on national and international levels. We aim to:
- Stimulate high-quality research on issues in financial reporting and auditing.
- Disseminate research results (our own and others) through publications and events.
- Liaise with scholars and practitioners about research issues in financial reporting and auditing, including those important to standard setting and other regulatory activities.
- Address standard-setting processes and related regulatory activities internationally through academic research and practice.
