Angeliki Papachroni is a Lecturer at ESMT Berlin. Her research and teaching focus on Strategy and Innovation (organizational ambidexterity, strategic agility, leadership of innovation).
Angeliki holds a PhD in Strategy & Organizational Ambidexterity from Warwick Business School, exploring how organizations manage the conflicting demands of exploration and exploitation. She has been engaged in teaching and supervising and has developed learning materials for strategic management and innovation courses (MBA, DBA, MSc levels).
Angeliki has co-authored several strategic teaching case studies on leading companies (Apple, NOKIA, ABB, SONY and others) published in acclaimed strategy books. Her co-authored case entitled "Strategic leadership and innovation at Apple Inc" was the Case Center’s best-selling case in the Strategy & Management category for 2011 and 2012 and won The Case Centre's overall case award for 2013 out of 17,511 eligible cases.
Following an applied approach to theory, Angeliki has trained and advised executives on Organizational Ambidexterity and Strategic Agility.
