I am interested in how social structures affect, and are affected by, processes of technological and organizational innovation. In particular, my main area of research examines how social networks affect the generation and recombination of knowledge across technological, social, and organizational boundaries.
I have taught courses in Organization Theory, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Design and Change, Networks and Organizations, Knowledge and Organization, Human Resource Management, Negotiation, and Leadership.
